Welcome to PesanWA.cloud — a service provided by PT INOTAL SISTEMA INTERNASIONAL (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”).

By accessing or using PesanWA.cloud, You (“User”, “You”, or “Your”) agree to comply with these Terms of Service (“Terms”).
If You do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service immediately.

Description of Service

PesanWA.cloud is a cloud-based application designed to help businesses and individuals send messages, manage communication workflows, and integrate with official WhatsApp Business API or Cloud API provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.

Our Service does not offer or support:

  • Use of unofficial WhatsApp clients, emulators, or reverse-engineered connections.
  • Sending of unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or unauthorized marketing campaigns.

The Service is strictly intended for authorized and compliant business messaging in accordance with Meta’s WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy.

Eligibility and Account Registration

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use PesanWA.cloud.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login credentials and account information.
  • You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.
  • Any activity under Your account is considered authorized by You.

Compliance with Meta and WhatsApp Policies

By using PesanWA.cloud, You agree to follow:

  • WhatsApp Business Terms of Service
  • WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy
  • Meta Developer and Platform Policies
  • Applicable data protection and anti-spam regulations

PesanWA.cloud is not affiliated with or endorsed by WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms, Inc.
All trademarks and service marks belong to their respective owners.

User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use PesanWA.cloud for sending unsolicited or automated spam messages.
  • Transmit illegal, harmful, misleading, or abusive content.
  • Attempt to bypass or modify the platform’s security or rate limits.
  • Use the Service in any way that violates WhatsApp’s or Meta’s rules.

You are solely responsible for the content, recipients, and compliance of messages sent via Your account.

API and Integration Usage

  • Access to APIs is granted solely for legitimate business operations.
  • You may not share, sublicense, or resell access to PesanWA.cloud APIs.
  • Any misuse (e.g., sending bulk messages without opt-in) may result in immediate suspension.
  • We may log API calls for monitoring, debugging, and compliance auditing.

Data Handling and Privacy

Your data is handled in accordance with Our Privacy Policy.
We collect and process data only for message delivery, account management, and service improvement.
We do not store message content beyond the delivery process and never sell or share data for marketing purposes.

Payment and Subscription

If the Service includes paid plans:

  • Fees, billing cycles, and renewal terms will be clearly stated at checkout.
  • You agree to provide accurate payment information and authorize Us to charge for Services rendered.
  • Failure to pay may result in account suspension or termination.

Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Violate these Terms or Meta’s platform policies, or
  • Engage in spam, abuse, or illegal activity.

Upon termination, all licenses and access rights to the Service immediately cease.

Intellectual Property

All software, code, designs, and trademarks on PesanWA.cloud are owned by PT INOTAL SISTEMA INTERNASIONAL.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use the Service for legitimate business communication.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Service interruptions,
  • Message delivery failures,
  • Unauthorized use of Your account, or
  • Integration issues caused by third-party systems (including Meta APIs).

“AS IS” Disclaimer

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”.
We make no warranty of uninterrupted availability or compatibility with all devices or integrations.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
If material changes occur, We will notify You via email or notice on Our website at least 30 days before the new Terms take effect.
