PesanWA.cloud operates in full compliance with the WhatsApp Business Platform, Meta Developer Policy, and Meta Privacy Guidelines.
We do not store, resell, or share WhatsApp message contents, contacts, or user data for purposes outside message delivery and service improvement.
Our Service integrates only through official WhatsApp Business API or Cloud API connections authorized by Meta.
We do not support, promote, or connect to unofficial or modified WhatsApp clients.
Information We Collect
a. Personal Data
We may collect the following:
- Name and contact information (email, phone number)
- Business name and billing details
- Usage logs and account activity
b. Message and Integration Data
- Sender and recipient identifiers (WhatsApp numbers)
- Message metadata (timestamp, delivery status)
- Message content only temporarily cached for delivery via WhatsApp API — it is automatically deleted once delivery is complete.
c. Usage Data
Automatically collected information includes:
- IP address, browser type/version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages visited, access times, and diagnostic logs
